The royal family has released a stunning new image of the Queen and Prince Charles.
Showcasing the never-before-seen picture on the official Royal Family Facebook page, the photo – taken by photographer Nick Knight – shows the Queen looking regal in a blue shift dress, whilst a tuxedo-clad Charles gazes down proudly at his mother.
‘As a year of 90th birthday celebrations draw to a close, we would like to share this special photo of The Prince and The Queen, taken earlier this year at Windsor Castle,’ the caption accompanying the touching picture read.
