MTV’s Rob & Big star Christopher ‘Big Black’ Boykin has died aged 45.

A rep has confirmed that Boykin passed away on Tuesday morning after suffering from a heart attack.
Boykin shot to fame as the bodyguard of professional skateboarder Rob Dyrdek on the hit reality series which ran from 2006 – 2008.

While on the show, Boykin set two world records: peeling and eating three bananas in one minute and consuming five powdered donuts in less than three minutes.
Many have taken to Twitter to pay their respects, including fellow MTV star Chanel West Coast who revealed she was “crushed” by the news of his death.
