Miranda Kerr revealed why her and Orlando Bloom split up in Net-a-Porter’s magazine, The Edit.
The Aussie model says there was no malice between her and the British actor – they simply grew apart.
‘It was the right thing to do; we weren’t bringing out the best in each other,’ she says of her ex. ‘There’s no hostility there, we’ll always be friends.’
The pair split in 2013 after three years of marriage. They share a six-year-old son, Flynn.
Miranda married Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel earlier this year. She opened up about settling into married life in the interview.
‘My grandma taught me that men are visual and you need to make a little effort,’ she said. ‘So when [Evan] comes home, I make sure to have a nice dress on and the candles lit. We make time to have a nice dinner together.’
