They’ve spent the last few weeks soaking up the sun in Bora Bora.
And while there’s no doubt Michelle Bridges and partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis have been relishing their time together, it appears as though the couple may have forgotten something crucial on their tropical island getaway.
Taking to Instgram, a bikini-clad Michelle posted a rare photo of the loved-up couple posing poolside, and fans were quick to notice the 48-year-old’s seemingly red chest and tan line.
“You look a bit sunburnt Michelle,” one follower commented.
“It’s a good reminder for all of us to slip, slop, slap again,” another added.
It seems it may have been a simple slip up, as Michelle has always been outspoken about sun safety and the importance of wearing sunscreen when outdoors.
In fact, her 12 Week Body Transformation website has a page dedicated to expert advice on the risks of sunburn.
“Unprotected sun exposure, especially when it results in the skin burning, is so traumatic to our skin cells it results in both short-term and long-term damage,” the page reads.
“So think twice next time you decide ‘just another ten minutes’ as your skin won’t thank you for it!”
Meanwhile, in the image shared on November 27, the mother-of-one is seen smiling from ear-to-ear next to her boyfriend Steve.
“We don’t seem to get many photos together,” Michelle explained in the image caption.
“This is just a very candid shot someone at the pool offered to take for us. Still get a bit excited to be sitting next to my man.”
