Fitness guru and Women of Style 2017 nominee, Michelle Bridges, just posted a revealing photo that is raising eyebrows!
Nope, it’s *not* an ab selfie. Michelle has revealed the contents of her fridge, declaring, “I have not done anything to make it look uber Chic (clearly! 😂) It’s real. It’s us! ☺️ #100% real.”
The 12WBT founder has caused a stir amongst her 246k followers and while some are loving Michelle’s photo, others are wondering if she’s being authentic. “Can I ask…do you have any foods for treat days? Guilty pleasures? Wine? cheese? chocolate etc…” said one follower.
Another joked: “but where is the wine?”
However, other fans related to her strict approach to healthy eating, “a bit like our fridge since I joined your 12wbt program in sept, I love looking at all our healthy food in our fridge and eating of course!”
Of course, this isn’t the first time Michelle has shared a candid look into her home life and approach to motherhood on social media. Bridges’ community of fans have love to have a healthy discussion around her divisive posts.
