Melissa McCarthy appears to have fallen off the weight loss wagon and US publication The National Enquirer reports that she’s allegedly regained 93lbs (43kgs).
The funny lady has ditched her low-carb, high-protein diet and resorted back to eating fast food, and is now tipping the scales at 277 lbs. (126kg) according to the publication.
Photos published in The Enquirer show Melissa on the set of her new movie ‘Can You Ever Forgive Me’ looking noticeably larger in her costume.
“She’s been going up and down like an elevator,” a friend tells The Enquirer. “We’re all concerned her body won’t be able to take the strain of all this yo-yo dieting.”
A “rough patch” in her marriage to actor Ben Falcone may be partly to blame, The Enquirer reports, brought on in part after their joint film project, ‘Tammy,’ failed to attract audiences.
