Meghan Markle’s dream of a princess makeover has been dealt a humiliating blow, with the news that her own sister is writing an unpleasant book about her family – a tell-all which will include things that the aspiring royal definitely won’t like.
US TV star Meghan, who is dating Prince Harry, is horrified by the news that older half sister Samantha Grant, 51, will publish the scathing book.
‘My book deals with my bi-racial family in a candid, warm, personal and socially important way,’ Samantha told The Sun.
‘Maybe when Meghan is more mature and reads the book she’ll understand. Some of it she won’t like, some of it she might.’
If there’s any doubt that the book might be less than flattering, UK newspaper the Daily Star says the book’s working title is The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister.
Samantha, who shares a father with Meghan, alleges that the actress is a social climber desperate to become a princess, alleging, ‘Her behaviour is certainly not befitting of a Royal Family member.
‘It was something she dreamed of as a girl when we watched the royals on TV.
‘She always preferred Prince Harry — she has a soft spot for gingers.’
