Married At First Sight’s reunion episode promises to be one hell of an explosive evening, but one groom has decided to walk away from all the drama: Matthew ‘ex-virgin’ Bennett.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the 29-year-old shared a photo of himself walking along the beach.
Matthew captioned the post: “Walking away from it all. Sometimes when you don’t fit in and don’t meet other’s expectations, the healthiest thing you can do is walk away.”
The message seems to be a clear indicator that the self-described ‘socially awkward’ groom felt out of place with the rest of the MAFS cast.
In a since expired post on Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Matthew revealed he wouldn’t be a part of the highly anticipated reunion episode.
Matthew and his TV ‘wife’ Lauren were the first couple to leave the reality show after failing to find love.
Since then Matt has found love with new girlfriend Annabelle.
