Married At First Sight star Lauren Huntriss has showed off her incredible 8kg weight loss.
Taking to Instagram, the 31-year-old shared a photo along with details on how she shed her unwanted weight.

‘I was constantly bloated, filling up on carbs because I was a vegetarian and not eating the proteins that I should have,’ read the photo caption.
‘I have recently started reintroducing meat back into my diet. I was a vegetarian for six years for ethical reasons. But my body was craving meat … so I gave in and since doing so I find my diet is much healthier and the protein keeps me fuller for longer.’
Lauren also revealed she hit the gym five times a week to get into shape.
The makeup artist was coupled up with virgin Matthew Bennett on the hit reality-TV show.
Bennett has since made some shocking allegations against his ‘ex-wife’.
The 30-year-old claims makeup artist Lauren sent him “abusive” text messages and publicly hinted he could be gay during their disastrous, short-lived relationship on MAFS Australia.
Since filming wrapped, Matthew has moved on with new girlfriend Annabel Jameson.
