Married At First Sight‘s Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant will be getting married on television again next Tuesday, November 19.

While the couple’s first marriage was not legally binding, this one will be. Channel Nine’s A Current Affair will take viewers behind the scenes of the big day, according to TV Blackbox.
Last month, an insider told New Idea the lovebirds will be tying the knot on November 16 (three days before the 90-minute special is set to air).
The wedding was originally meant to be held in September, however, a chain of events has led to almost all the original details of the day to be changed.
“We had this great idea to get married on the one-year anniversary, and it was just a lovely, romantic gesture,” she said. “But so much has been happening and going on, and I wanted to enjoy the process of organising the wedding, so that’s the only reason why it’s been postponed.”
For instance, the couple swapped the venue they had selected in the Hunter Valley for a more convenient location in Sydney’s CBD after signing a lucrative deal with Channel Nine to broadcast the event.
“The Hunter Valley was proving to be too difficult,” a source explained. “They needed somewhere central, so it was logistically easier to film. It was going to be too costly for the whole crew to travel so far away. It was one of the terms when they signed the deal with Channel Nine.”
Jules told Yahoo! Lifestyle that they, unfortunately, lost a $5,000 deposit on their wedding venue as a result of their decision.
Jules has also removed her MAFS co-star Melissa Lucarelli from her bridal party.
“One day we were texting about family and babies, then two days later she was dumping me as a bridesmaid!” Mel told a local publication last month.
The reality tv star said her dumping came out of nowhere and left her feeling like their friendship was a publicity stunt.
The text message from Jules allegedly read: “Just cause I said it on a show doesn’t meant [sic] I have to do it.”
Mel also claimed the 37-year-old tried to blame it on her.
In September, Weight Watchers ambassador told the publication that she was also motivated to push back the date after partnering with the weight loss brand.
“I’d like to hit my goal and then a little bit more,” she said at the time. “I’ve put on 10 kilograms since I got married to Cam, and I’ve only just started saying it out loud and it’s getting much more comfortable.”
Last week, Jules revealed she had reached her goal weight.
The reality tv star took to Instagram to flaunt her noticeably slimmer figure during a day out at the beach.
“Why does it take a photo to make you see how far you have come?” she wrote in the caption, referencing an older photo.
Despite all the changes, the one thing that remains to be constant is Jules and Cam’s love. On Married At First Sight, they were regarded as the least dramatic couple in a season of Jessika Powers and Cyrell Paules.
Jules and Cam appeared to be the tv show to find love – and that’s exactly what happened!
The couple remained true to each other throughout the series and even renewed their wedding vows to each other in New Zealand. During their final commitment ceremony, Cams proposed to Jules in a Married At First Sight first.
While the couple won’t be getting married on their one-year anniversary as originally planned, the fact the real wedding will be filmed is something of an ode to their successful reality tv romance.
Cam and Jules’ Wedding – An A Current Affair Special Event – will air on Tuesday 19th November at 7 pm on Nine.
