Since her split from fellow Married At First Sight star Nick Furphy, the rumour mill has been non-stop churning with the news that MAFS villain Jessika Power is set to star on Love Island Australia.
Now, and in an Instagram Q&A, the reality TV star spoke about her role on Love Island, admitting to her 215k followers that she has “a lot of projects in the works at the moment”.
“I know there is mad speculation around whether or not I am going on Love Island,” Jessika began, while wearing a cheeky smile.

“I definitely have a lot of projects in the works at the moment.
“Is one of those me popping up on the Island?”, Jess continued while wearing a huge grin.
“You’ll just have to wait and see but I can’t wait to reveal!”
Last week, Jessika Power confirmed her split from Nick Furphy after speculation of a breakup ran riot following a very public fight in a Balinese airport.
Taking to Instagram, the aspiring model posted a lengthy message on her story addressing the split, however, refused to go into detail at the time.
“I know there a lot of speculation going around right now in regards to my relationship status with nick [sic],” the message began.
Addressing her split from the MAFS alum for the first time in the same Instagram Q&A last night, Jess revealed that she held no hostility towards her ex, saying the relationship ended due to the “the pressure”.
“Ok, I’m going to answer this question because it seems to be one of the biggest ones,” Jess began.
“No Nick and I aren’t together. I decided to end our relationship after we came back from Bali.
“Basically what happened was I just felt like the pressure of the relationship just caused us to argue a little bit here and there and more often.”
Jess continued: “Nick and I started off our relationship because we had really good banter and we got along really well.”
“I just said to him ‘Don’t you feel it as well? That we’ve been fighting a lot. I don’t want us to hate one another and I don’t want us to not have a friendship down the track.'”
Jess ended by wishing her ex well: “So it has ended. We have been civil to one another we haven’t been nasty. It’s not like we ended on bad terms, and I really do wish him the best for the future.”
