Mariah Carey isn’t making her split from James Packer any easier.
As well as demanding a whopping $50 million from the Aussie billionaire, TMZ reports Mariah has now branded her former flame a ‘lying opportunist’ who ‘used her to secure business deals’.
The gossip site reports that James insists there is ‘no legal basis’ for him to pay Mariah anything as they weren’t married.
Up until now, James has maintained a dignified silence on the matter, however the same can’t be said for Mariah as she was spotted at dinner on Friday night looking cosy with her backing dancer, Bryan Tanaka.
Rumours have been swirling for weeks now that Mariah and Bryan are secretly dating.
A newly released trailer from her upcoming Mariah’s World reality series reveals the dancer has had a crush in the diva for some time.
‘Tanaka does have a crush on her,’ a woman says in one of the promos.
‘What are we gonna do with him,’ Mariah’s manager Stella asks.
‘You saw it, he’s not leaving that easily,’ another member of the team answers as Mariah sits on Tanaka’s lap.
