While hosting US TV show Saturday Night Live, the actress made a very personal statement about Australia legalising gay marriage.
Wearing a black T-shirt with the words, “Say ‘I Do’ Down Under” with a rainbow-coloured map of Australia.
Kylie Mingoue’s fiancee, British actor Joshua Sasse, has promoted the campaign after her discovered his partner’s home nation didn’t allow same sex marriage.
‘I was shocked to find out earlier this year that same-sex marriage in Australia is still illegal,’ he said.
‘Let’s raise our voice and public support for change.’
