Beloved French chef, Manu Feildel has announced that he is launching a new popup eatery with Phillip Davenport called Duck In Duck Out.
The French-Asian influenced street-food popup will open in Surry Hills, Sydney on Thursday 6 April.
The highly anticipated menu will include confit burgers with Asian slaws and house made sauces, hearty duck sausages, unreal duck bao buns and duck fat chips.
“We’re excited to open a venue that’s turning a French classic, duck confit, on its head,” says the My Kitchen Rules judge. “Duck In Duck Out is not a white-tablecloth restaurant, but a fresh and funky street-food popup.”
He added: “Our duck burgers, dogs and bao buns have all the complexity and richness of classic French dishes, with a contemporary twist that makes them an easy everyday indulgence. It’s a great new angle on the current burger trend.”
