Married At First Sight’s Tracey Jewel has revealed the extent of her cosmetic surgery, and the reality star is unrecognisable!

The reality star’s Perth clinic, Aphrodite and Apollo Cosmetic Medicine, posted a before and after to Facebook revealing the list of procedures she’d had within their clinic over the past 18 months.

The post read: ‘After our initial consultation regarding her treatment goals, our team focused on facial reshaping and contouring as well as (and most importantly) skin rejuvenation.

‘This ensures Tracey continues to be a glowing goddess. And of course, who can ignore those kissable lips.’

Tracey lips look fuller, her skin smoother and her eyes wider.

In an interview with the DailyMail, Jewel said the reshaping she’d received was filler and skin tightening, while the rejuvenation was through peels and vampire facials.

‘Dr J at Aphrodite I’ve been seeing for last 2 years and they’ve done a great job with my Botox and lip filler!’ she revealed to the publication.

On Sunday night’s episode of Married at First Sight, Ms Jewel was left blindsided by her husband Dean, who asked to leave the relationship during a commitment ceremony.

During a compulsory procedure, all 11 MAFS couples were asked to write down on a piece of paper whether they wanted to ‘leave’ or ‘stay’ in the experiment.

Despite complimenting Jewel’s looks, intelligence, and their sex life, Wells took everyone by surprise by requesting to leave the relationship. Jewel called him ‘an arsehole’ and accused him of wanting to ‘hit it and quit it’.

Jewel wrote ‘stay’ on her piece.

The show’s rules state that both members of the couple must write ‘leave’ in order to exit the show. The pair will now continue in the experiment for another seven days, until the next commitment ceremony on February 18.
