After being “dropped like a hotcake” as soon as the cameras stopped rolling, Married At First Sight star Nadia Stamp is looking and feeling better than ever.
The 36-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday to show off her strikingly youthful appearance.
“Skin feels gooood… Thanks for the microdermabrasion and skin peel @ozskinindooroopilly,” she captioned a post-beauty treatment selfie.
Fans also approved of the part-time model’s lighter, brighter tresses, with one user commenting: “Yass girl, nice hair!”
Another wrote: “You are looking more beautiful everyday.”
The reality TV star – who appeared to be wearing green contact lenses in the shot – also took the opportunity to offer her followers some sage advice.
“Believe there is good. Stay strong within & show compassion you’ve got this Wednesday pep talk now go and slay today,” she added.
