The Married At First Sight groom got the chop after his wife Alene chose the makeover as part of their surrender date, where she was able to control the entire day.
“It’s still taking a bit to get used to, because I do have to admit it’s a bit out of my comfort zone,” Simon said after unveiling his new ‘do on Monday night’s episode.
Alene, who convinced Simon to cut his hair, was overwhelmed with his transformation.
“”I felt like a teenager who was meeting her favourite singer from her favourite boy band!” Alene tells us of his big reveal. “I was just jumping up and down and squealing. I was beside myself. The outcome was amazing,” she told TheFix.
