Married At First Sight inmate Nadia is finally standing up to her controversial partner Anthony, slamming the divisive groom over his assumption she would just up sticks and move to Sydney to be with him.
‘Why me, why do I have to make the sacrifice?’ she moaned, reaffirming her objection to ‘turning her life inside out for somebody’.
It’s clearly a sore point for Nadia after she previously moved to Brisbane for the sake of love, and it didn’t end up well.
‘The prospect of moving my life’s not that daunting to me,’ Anthony replied.
‘I’ve done it, I’ve lived in other countries… [if it goes babdly ] you pick up your stuff and you move somewhere else!’.
But his casual attitude wasn’t flying with Nadia, who was clearly riled – labeling his response ‘so much bulls***’.
‘When it comes to building a relationship, I don’t want it to be one sided,’ she complained. ‘I feel like that could very easily happen to you and me.’
Nadia – who isn’t the doormat some have labeled her as – later told producers, ‘I feel like he wouldn’t change a thing for me’.
