Mother of six Madeleine West has shown off her incredible bikini body in an Instagram photo posted by her admiring husband.
‘Not bad after six kids!’ wrote chef Shannon Bennett, along with a photo of his wife sporting an enviable six pack.
Having recently hit headlines for her no-nonsense approach to parenting, former Neighbours star Madeleine says her trim figure is part good genes and part extreme parenting!
‘I was a gymnast in another life so luckily there is a lot of muscle memory there. I’m a fairly slender person anyway, always have been,’ she says. ‘With [six] kids and a set of stairs in our house it’s amazing how much incidental exercise you get in.’
Who would have thought having six kids could be the key to looking smoking hot?!
