Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s eldest son has broken his silence on his parents’ public and messy divorce – revealing he’s very much on his mum’s side.
Maddox Jolie-Pitt famously found himself at the centre of their split drama last September, when Ange, 42, dumped Brad, 53, over his treatment of Maddox during a now-infamous argument aboard a private jet.
It was claimed that Brad drunkenly insulted his then-wife, before allegedly turning on Maddox, 16, when he tried to defend her.
The incident was investigated by the FBI and LA Child Services – which cleared Brad of any wrong-doing – but it seems the damage has been done between Maddox and his father.
The teenager spoke out in support of his mother while promoting Ange’s upcoming drama, First They Killed My Father – which was based on the historical struggles in his homeland of Cambodia.
‘[She’s] fun, funny and easy to work with,’ Maddox told PEOPLE magazine in his first ever interview. He added: ‘She’s a wonder.’
The teen is set to do more interviews for the upcoming film – which he worked on with Ange – leading many fans to suggest that he’ll soon reveal what really happened on that fateful flight once and for all.
