It’s a case of life imitating art on the Love Child set!
Actress Ella Scott Lynch, who plays Shirley, and her partner Toby Schmitz quietly welcomed daughter Ziggy into the world last month.
‘I actually feel like finally I understand what was going on for these women in Love Child,’ Ella tells New Idea.
‘It’s a bit of a shock to the system but we’re besotted by her and it’s been something I’ve wanted to do and it all timed out quite well with work.’
With filming for season three of Love Child wrapping last year and another instalment yet to be announced, Ella has time on her hands to spend with her baby daughter.
