The actor, 29, is currently vacationing in Perth, with his parter, 19, sharing a sweet video of their travels

The couple once dated back in 2016, however broke up after a few months and were notoriously quiet about it.
While the post confirms the two are dating again, it was another controversial post that had fans talking.
The model shared a naked snap of herself, making sure to let her followers know that Lincoln was the photographer.
“Nudity empowers some, modestly empowers others,” she captioned it.
Good to know Lincoln is just as good behind the camera as he is in front of it!
