Liam Hemsworth missed the Grammy Awards because he’s been admitted to hospital, it emerged today.
The star, who was expected to accompany wife Miley Cyrus to the event, was a notable no-show.
Fellow Aussie Rebel Wilson revealed the star had been admitted after ‘feeling unwell’.
‘[Liam] was in hospital overnight, so hopefully he will be fine,’ his Isn’t It Romantic costar told Extra. ‘He texted us this morning.’
A Warners Brothers representative confirmed that the star ‘woke up feeling unwell’ and pulled out of the event.
There has been no further information on the nature of his health issue.
