Very sad news for fans of the legendary Canadian singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen who passed away today/
The creator of hit song Hallelujah wwas aged 82.
‘It is with profound sorrow we report that legendary poet, songwriter and artist, Leonard Cohen has passed away,’ a post on his Facebook page said.
‘We have lost one of music’s most revered and prolific visionaries.’
The statement didn’t reveal the Hall Of Fame star’s cause of death, but a memorial is set to take place in Los Angeles at a date yet to be decided.
