Their ugly breakup may have dragged on for years.
But it seems Lamar Odom’s bitter feud with ex-wife Khloe Kardashian is far from over.
According to RadarOnline, the former NBA star is looking to sell his $5.2 million Florida mansion, mere months after he finally signed the divorce papers.
An insider told the publication that Lamar intentionally put his house on the market after his marriage to the reality star officially ended, in order to keep her from being able to access the profits from the sale.
“Lamar did NOT want to give any money to Khloe,” a source close to the star said.
While the 32-year-old remained vigil by her former beau’s side during his highly-publicized overdose in a Las Vegas brothel in 2015, the pair were unable to revive their seven-year romance.
When it was revealed the couple were splitting for good in late 2016, the 8775 sq-ft home reportedly only increased the tension between them.
“Khloe actually wanted this house,” the source explained.
“And Lamar has no interest in giving it to her.”
“That’s why he waited so long to sell it.”
The money from the sale of the property would also come in handy for the now unemployed athlete, with the source claiming the 37-year-old “could use the cash.”
“He’s made a lot but he’s spent a lot,” the insider said.
“His finances have changed since he was earning a huge salary in the NBA. He doesn’t have it coming in like before.”
