Lady Gaga’s former fiancé Taylor Kinney has made a subtle but serious dig at the star in the wake of her headline making Oscars duet with Bradley Cooper.
Actor Kinney, 37, split from the global superstar in 2016 after a five year romance with both parties citing “complicated schedules” and divergent career commitments as the cause of the separation.

The Chicago Fire star took to Instagram earlier this week to share an innocuous shot of himself and retired Canadian ice hockey player Bryan Bickell in Chicago, but it was a message in the comments section that sent social media into meltdown.
A fan posted beneath the photo: “Stoked you got away from Gaga. #Hollyweird.”
Kinney responded by “liking” the comment, a move swiftly noticed by eagle-eyed users.
Gaga’s fans were quick to blast the TV star for his dig.
“Why are you hateful? Kindness is better. Her “weirdness”, talent and kindness eclipse your hate,” one “Little Monster” wrote.
Another asked: “Why do you feel this way about her? @ladygaga never said anything bad about you.”
But some penned messages of support for Kinney, with one user writing: “I’m sorry for all the hateful comments directed at you. Social media is so vile when venomous comments are posted – sad to see all for liking a comment which was not life-threatening.”
“Leave him alone. We all loved them together, but unfortunately that is over. Imagine being reminded of your ex for the rest of your life, how would you like that? They have gone their separate ways for a reason,” another added.
