It’s been a week full of up and downs for Kylie Minogue.

After announcing her devastating split with fiancé Joshua Sasse on Friday, the pop icon went on to win a bitter trademark battle against Kylie Jenner that gave her the rights to the name.

But now, the reality star has lashed out at the I should be so lucky singer, claiming she is “washed up” and “out of line.”

A source close to Jenner told RadarOnline: “Kylie said that Minogue is washed up and said that she needed the rights to the name ‘Kylie’ so that she could continue to develop her brand more.”

“She’s really trying to build an empire and thinks that Minogue is the only thing standing in her way.”

Jenner first submitted a U.S trademark application back in 2014. But the pair’s feud took a turn for the worst when a judge dismissed Jenner’s request following a jab-filled notice of opposition filed last year by Minogue.

In the letter, Minogue insinuated that Jenner was damaging the reputation of the name ‘Kylie’ and should not be granted the rights as a result.

“Ms. Jenner is a secondary reality television personality who appeared on the television series, Keeping Up With the Kardashians as a supporting character [to] Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian,” the statement read.

“Ms Jenner is active on social media where her photographic exhibitionism and controversial posts have drawn criticism from, e.g. the Disability Rights and African-American communities,” it continued.

The brutal letter then went on to discuss what Minogue was known for, with the star referring to herself as an “internationally-renowned performing artist, humanitarian and breast cancer activist known worldwide simply as ‘Kylie.’

Needless to say, Minogue’s points did not sit well with Jenner, who is said to be “furious” over the statement.

“Kylie thought it was absolutely ridiculous of Minogue’s camp to refer to her as a ‘secondary reality star’ when she has 84 million more Instagram followers than Minogue,” the source explained, adding that the 19-year-old told friends she was “the real star here.”

“She is not going to stop fighting Minogue until she gets the exclusive rights to the name ‘Kylie,’” they continued.

“She was nothing more than to own Kylie.com and she intends on appealing.”
