The billionaire was snapped sporting a figure hugging pink dress in Las Vegas where she celebrated Sofia Richie’s 21st birthday.

The mother-of-one wore her long brown hair straight and parted down the middle.
The 22-year-old attended the celebrations with new best friend Stassi Karanikolaou.
Richie – who is dating Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, Scott Disick – was treated to a six-tiered cake, VIP bottle service, and a performance by The Chainsmokers.
The makeup mogul has just returned from partying up a storm in Portofino, Italy for her 22nd birthday.
Jenner jumped on a private jet to Italy, and held a party aboard a $250 million superyacht.
The yacht suitably subbed Tranquility, features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, an “experiential shower”, a cinema and helicopter landing pad.
