The 21-year-old makeup mogul is heard saying ‘I’m pregnant!’ as the camera focuses on a tray of doughnuts.
The reality-TV star is already a mother to Stormi with rapper Travis Scott.
Jenner kept her first pregnancy a secret until days after Stormi, now 16 months, was born.
