The reality star was pictured at the Balmain SS17 show wearing a mesh catsuit baring everything but her breasts, which were covered by a stick on bra.
It’s hard to tell if Kim is wearing underwear, as her hand is strategically on her upper thigh in each photo.
The look comes after Kim flashed her nipples earlier this month while wearing a blue mesh bra as she walked around New York.
