As if his life wasn’t already hard enough right now, major newspapers are today reporting that Kim Kardashian’s bodyguard Pascal Duvier, 43, apparently filed for company bankruptcy just ten weeks before she was robbed in her Paris hotel room.
According to the Daily Mail, the 43-year-old ‘s German security company was allegedly caught up in debt of more than 1 million euros.
The publication added that he has deleted all references to her off of his social media accounts.
Pascal, who was reportedly in a nightclub when Kim was dragged from her bed, gagged and tied up in the bathroom of her Parisian hotel room, allegedly lodged a claim for company insolvency at Heidelberg administrative court on July 22, 2016.
An insolvency lawyer working on the case told the publication, ‘There is so much debt. There are many claimants. I cannot say the exact number. Lots.’
The reality TV star and mother-of-two, 35, was attacked by five gunmen dressed as police officers and wearing ski masks inside the luxury Hotel de Pourtalès on Monday morning.
Pascal had been with Kim’s sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner at the nightclub L’Arc when the robbery occurred.
