Taking to Instagram, the 37-year-old reality star captioned the cute mother-daughter pic, ‘Baby Chicago.’
Kim, and her new bub, are filtered with pink-hued noses and ears.
Chicago was born on January 15 via a surrogate.
The Hollywood couple already share daughter North, 4, and son Saint, 2.
