Kim Kardashian West has been warned that a third pregnancy might not be possible for her!
On Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians the star revealed that she wants to have another child, but explained that she was worried about her previous complications.
“Obviously I do want to have my own baby, but I feel like I truly don’t know if my body can handle it one more time,” she told older sister Kourtney.
In an attempt to learn more about her chances, Kim and her mother, Kris consulted with doctors.
“You never know if you might have the same type of problem that could be more serious this time,” her gynaecologist warned her.
“You’re always taking a little bit of a chance. There are situations where retained placenta could be life or death.”
“You could bleed to death,” Kris added.
A fertility specialist agreed, and suggested that surrogacy could be a good option for the star.
“If the two doctors, that I trust, have told me it wouldn’t be safe for me to get pregnant again, I have to listen to that,” Kim said.
In the sad episode, Kim also met with a mother who had used a surrogate.
“My bond with my kids is so strong,” she told the woman. “I think my biggest fear is that if I had a surrogate is, would I love them the same? That’s the main thing I keep thinking about.”
