Kim Kardashian is suing a media outlet over claims she faked being robbed in Paris.
Kardashian, 35, reportedly filed a lawsuit against MediaTakeOut.com for three articles written about the heist, one saying she ‘staged’ the attack.
TMZ reports the star’s lawyers tried to contact the organisation for a retraction, but didn’t get a reply.
Earlier this month, the mother of two was held at gunpoint in her Paris hotel room and robbed of $4.5 million in jewellery.
It was reported yesterday that one item was found on the sidewalk, which investigators hope will provide them with valuable DNA evidence.
The whole ordeal has been very traumatic for Kim.
Appearing on The Ellen Degeneres Show, her sister Khloe Kardashian said: ‘She’s not doing that well. It’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together.
‘We do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support. It will take time. It was horrible what happened to her.’
