Kim Kardashian may be a millionaire, but when it comes to her children getting hurt she reacts as any mother would.
The soon-to-be mother of four confessed on Twitter Sunday night that when one of her children gets hurt, she ‘freaks out’.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was chatting with fans on social media during an episode of the reality show when she made the heartwarming confession.
In the episode, the beauty mogul calmy navigates her husbands Kanye’s erratic decision to move to his family to Chicago.
‘Kim is so calm. can she teach me how to be that calm? #KUWTK,’ a fan wrote.
Kardashian West wrote back that staying calm is always her way until it comes to her kids.
“It doesn’t benefit you to not be calm,” the star tweeted back, “But let me tell you when one of my kids gets injured or anything and I’m screaming and freaking everyone out.”
Kim continued by telling Twitter about her dramatic response when her son, Saint, got an allergic reaction.
“I did it this weekend when my Sainty had an allergic reaction and I jumped over the table like a hurdle lol Screamed call 911 and Khloe had to calm me down! I’m either super zen or so dramatic!”
Kim’s fans flooded her Twitter with support, with one user tweeting: “a mother becomes a lioness when she needs to protect her children. you are absolutely right in losing your temper when they are the subject #KUWTK”
