According to The Sun, Swift and her team are seriously considering legal action against Kim, 35, and Kanye, 39, after they recorded the Shake It Off singer without her permission.

‘Her legal team are convinced Kanye and Kim have violated California penal code 632 that makes it illegal to record calls without permission from both sides,’ The Sun reports.

Adding, the couple could be ‘sent to prison for three years if they were charged for the felony.’

The recording purports to represent a phone conversation between Kanye and Taylor includes the blonde singer reacting to some of the lyrics in a seemingly positive way.

In the track, Kanye raps: ‘I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. I made that b**** famous.’

At the time of the song’s release, Taylor’s rep stated she had never been contacted for approval and ‘cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message.’
