It looks like Keith Urban won’t be returning for the American Idol reboot.
The country music singer hinted at the surprise news whilst attending the Toronto International Film Festival with his wife Nicole Kidman.
“I think it’s going to be all new people except for Ryan [Seacrest],” the 49-year-old told Us Weekly.
It has been confirmed that Seacrest will host the reboot, whilst Katy Perry has officially signed on to be one of the judges.
Urban appeared on the series for four years after leaving The Voice Australia after one season.
