Two separate reports out of the US today have sensationally alleged that Keith Urban has ‘walked out’ on wife Nicole Kidman after a string of arguments.
An insider told In Touch, ‘He went to stay at a five-star hotel in LA.’
‘He’s planning to hide out in Palm Springs next before performing at the Stage Coach country music festival,’ the source added. ‘He and Nicole are basically two passing ships.’
Life & Style also claimed the couple are living in separate cities, with a source telling the publication it was due to Keith’s growing relationship with fellow singer John Mayer.
‘Nicole tried to put a ban on Keith spending time with John because she’s convinced he’s a bad influence,’ a source spilled to the magazine.
In Touch claims the couple have been seeking help from family and friends to help them through this ‘dark time.’
‘Keith’s been leaning on his brother Shane, who’s been an incredible support,’ a friend tells. ‘Their relationship has been fractured at times because Nicole has never been a huge fan of Shane’s, but Keith’s realized just how much he values him.’
Meanwhile, In Touch’s sensational report claims Nicole has been confiding in good friend Naomi Watts, who knows firsthand about the pain of a broken relationship.
‘Naomi’s been advising and supporting Nicole.’ a source close to the Aussie actress told the publication. ‘This is a very difficult time for her.’
Nicole and Keith have been married for 11 years and they share two daughters – Sunday, 9 and Faith, 7.
Neither have responded to the explosive reports from In Touch and Life & Style.
