Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are being torn apart by jealousy, according to a sensational new report out of the US today.
In Touch magazine claims the Oscar winner is being lined up for a passionate onscreen hookup with a handsome male co-star in her upcoming series Big Little Lies.
That’s said to have upset Keith, 49, who’s said to be seeing green over his wife of 11 years locking lips with another man.
An insider told the publication, “[The writers] have decided that they want Nicole to have a hot, passionate affair with a young actor.
“[Keith was] very sensitive and jealous over her steamy scenes with on-screen hubby Alexander Skarsgard last season. [He] thought he had nothing to worry about [this season] since Alexander’s character was killed off. But Nicole’s potential new storyline is causing a lot of tension in their relationship.”
Despite Keith’s apparent concerns, it was added, “Nicole is intent on going forward with the storyline. She wants to do what’s best for the show.”
Keith and Nicole have yet to comment on the claims.
