Keira Maguire has admitted to spending roughly $35,000 on plastic surgery, so it’s no surprise that fans have been scrutinising her photos relentlessly.
On Wednesday, the former Bachelor in Paradise star arrived at the Women Driving Change luncheon in Melbourne – with what fans believe was a wildly different face.
As the 33-year-old posed by a media wall at the event, she revealed a smoother, plumper face void of any blemishes or lines.

Recently, Keira opened up to New Idea about her split from Jarrod Woodgate.
“We broke up on a drunken night out over something silly and that was it,” Keira – who met Jarrod on Bachelor in Paradise – said.
“He went back to the pub and I never heard from him again. Nothing at all and that was really hard for me. I wanted it to work. I’m a sucker for a fairytale ending which is why I went on The Bachelor in the first place.”
Jarrod’s ghosting of the blonde bombshell left her heartbroken, sending her fleeing to Bali with a group of girlfriends as she attempted to emotionally recover.
“Having someone ghost you is probably the hardest break-up to go through. There is no last conversation which means I had no closure. Which I really struggled with,” she revealed.

Shockingly, Keira revealed to New Idea that Jarrod had “broken” their bed in the time she was gone.
“When we were together I bought our bed and the shop must have had my number on file because they were calling to tell me the replacement bed slats were being delivered. So basically Jarrod had broken our bed. Doing what exactly? I think we all know.”
Keira booked a trip to London in an attempt to move on, however, just weeks later, she opened her phone to a string of messages from the boyfriend of Jarrod’s lover – which were revealed first in New Idea last week – you can see them here.
