Prince William is under fire after being caught on a wild weekend away with a sexy Aussie model.
The royal dad is being slammed by high-ranking palace officials and the UK press for ditching an important Commonwealth Day royal function so he could party on the Swiss ski slopes – while his wife Kate looked after their children at home in London.
The Duchess of Cambridge is reportedly ‘humiliated’ that while she had her hands full with the kids – three-year- old Prince George and 22-month-old Princess Charlotte – William was downing Jagerbombs, beer and wine with swimsuit model Sophie Taylor and flirting up a storm on the Swiss slopes.

And while Kate, 35, has declared that she ‘absolutely trusts’ Wills and knows ‘nothing happened’ during the drunken weekend away, she’s furious that their marriage has been called into question because of his careless actions.
‘This is Kate’s worst nightmare,’ an insider tells New Idea. ‘She knows nothing happened between her husband and this model, but she’s still angry that his behaviour has brought on this scandal.
‘Kate has worked hard to build up a strong reputation and to avoid scandal, and she feels this weekend away has dealt a serious blow to their credibility.
‘The last thing she wants to be seen as is the poor little wife stuck at home with the kids while her husband is out partying with other women.
‘William used to be a bit of a ladies’ man back in his day, and he can’t seem to help but have a little flirt. And while she knows it’s all innocent, Kate’s angry at William for putting her in this position.’
In 2008, the handsome royal was photographed sharing a sultry dance with blonde beauty Cheri Scrivener while at the wedding of Camilla Parker Bowles’ son Tom.
In an exclusive interview with New Idea, Cheri – who now lives in Perth – opened up about her exciting night with the prince, who was clearly taken with her Aussie charm.
‘He kind of threw me around the dance floor and I followed him, not really knowing what he was doing,’ she said at the time. ‘If he was single, I would have gone out with him for a bit of fun.’
The encounter is eerily similar to Wills’ wild weekend with Sophie. The royal dad reportedly met 24-year-old Sophie at the exclusive Farinet nightclub in Verbier, Switzerland – with the pair partying so hard that the model from Terrigal, NSW, lost her phone during the night out.
Earlier that day, Wills and Sophie were spotted enjoying lunch – and were snapped high-fiving each other and ‘giggling like school kids’.
But despite their obvious chemistry, friends of the 34-year-old prince point out that Sophie’s boyfriend Aaron Goodfellow was also with the pair – putting a damper on suggestions of anything inappropriate.
However, royal watchers say it’s Wills’ decision to disrespect the Queen and ditch a service at Westminster Abbey to mark Commonwealth Day – a day that has ‘deep personal resonance’ with his grandmother – that has sparked the most outrage.
