Duchess Catherine looked gorgeous as she attended the annual diplomatic reception at Buckingham Palace, with the rest of the senior royal family, last night in London.
And her crowning glory was one of Princess Diana’s favourite tiaras – the so-called Cambridge Lover’s Knot.
The glorious piece was commissioned by Queen Mary sometime between 1913 or 1914 – but its timeless style comes from the fact it’s a replica of that 200-year-old piece once owned by Princess Augusta of Hesse, a former Duchess of Cambridge.
