TV and radio favourite Kate Ritchie has added further fuel to New Idea’s exclusive report on her apparent marital issues with husband Stuart Webb, yesterday declining to respond to questions on the matter, and talking on her radio show about how she spent her 38th birthday, apparently without her husband.
Speaking on her Nova radio show, Kate pointedly did not reference the marriage issue, and left out any mention of Stuart from her discussion of her birthday, which was on Sunday.
‘I read my book to some kids at the One Fine Baby Fair, then I hung out with the family,’ she said during her radio show.
The couple, who are due to mark their sixth wedding anniversary next month, are no longer wearing their wedding rings. New Idea has also exclusively learnt that the pair are also now spending time in separate homes.
Kate and Stuart – parents to daughter Mae, who turns two this week – have battled a series of highs and lows during their marriage of nearly six years.
