‘Can’t remember when I last did a modeling shoot!’ beams Tziporah Malkah, working it for our photographer.
The curvy beauty’s not exactly rugged up for Melbourne’s chills, but she’s not complaining. After all, she’s the seasoned model-actress we once knew as Kate Fischer – Australia’s It Girl in the ‘90s.
With then-fiance James Packer at her side, she travelled the world in private jets, wore fabulous clothes and moved in rarefied circles. Her evenings were often spent at glamorous events with high fliers.
That was then. Now, Tziporah’s nights are spent tending to some of society’s most vulnerable.
At 42, she’s devoted to making life easier for elderly patients with dementia.
‘Life is much more rewarding now,’ she declares. ‘I wish I’d done this kind of geriatric psych work years ago.’
