The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have gone head-to-head, competing against each other and Prince Harry in a foot race at a charity event over the weekend.
The trio showed off their competitive sides as they took to Olympic park to raise funds for the Heads Together organisation alongside 150 runners training for the London Marathon. The royals have long supported the group which promotes awareness of mental health.
Onlookers watched on as Harry, 32, passed Wills and Kate to win the 50-metre event, but only after some unsportsmanlike behaviour from the famous couple.
It was clear the 35-year-old mother-of-two was the fastest off the mark but her head start was quickly stilted by her husband who stuck his arm out to stop his athletic wife from winning the race.
The future King, then battled it out with his brother but only after joking that his pulled hamstring was slowing him down.
Luckily though, the competitiveness didn’t last long with Harry playfully patting William on the back after beating him to the finish line.
The 34-year-old then laughed and turned to his wife to wrap her in a cute embrace.
The Heads Together organisation is charity of the year for the London Marathon which will be held on April 23.
