Channel Nine bosses have taken extreme measures to protect their number one talent, Karl Stefanovic, as he navigates his recent marriage breakdown.
According to insiders, head honchos at the station have put a media ban on all its major stars to prevent anyone from spilling details on Karl’s shock split from wife Cassandra Thorburn.
Pre-arranged interviews and photoshoots with certain key players at the network have been shut down since the news broke of the 42-year-old Today host’s personal crisis.
