Julie Bishop is known for her elegant wardrobe. And at Karl Stefanovic’s lavish nuptials over the weekend, the politician did not fail to disappoint.
Stepping out in a stunning sliver frock, the 62-year-old made an entrance in her chic sparkling one shoulder dress.
Accompanied by her beau and property developer David Panton, the former Foreign Minister decided to go barefoot for the nuptials held at The One & Only Pamillo in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico.
A day prior to the wedding, the couple were seen hanging out with the groom’s brother Peter Stefanovic and his wife Sylvia Jeffries.
Julie and David were spotted leaving Sydney airport on Friday, with Julie wearing a black and white Chanel jacket.
Julie’s expensive wardrobe is said to include a $32,000 Rachel Gilbert dress and various pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes worth over $1,000 each.
“I don’t think we should apologise for our interest in fashion. I have always loved fashion and beautiful clothes and magazines and all of that, that doesn’t mean I can’t have a serious career and hold deeply complex, serious conversations about world events with people. To suggest you can’t do both is insulting,” she told Stellar previously.
