On what was supposed to be a night of celebration, Nicole Richie cut a lonely figure on the red carpet at the launch of her House of Harlow 1960 x Revolve fashion range in LA – with husband Joel Madden opting to pose with his Voice co-star Jessie J instead!
Doing little to quash rumours the duo are more than just pals, Jessie and Joel looked cosier than ever at the event.
‘Of course everyone was buzzing at how tight he and Jessie are these days – and all under Nicole’s nose,’ an insider tells New Idea.
And while Jessie and Joel get closer and closer – he and twin brother Benji recently signed on to manage the star – the Good Charlotte frontman’s five-year marriage appears to be under more strain than ever!
‘Nicole and Joel have had their ups and downs and they usually work through it, but it’s definitely hard on them with all these long separations,’ says the insider.
