When news broke that Jennifer Lopez and her boyfriend of five years, Caspar Smart had broken up, it was believed to be because Caspar had not attended a Hamptons charity event with her.
However, new reports from People magazine have emerged that the real reason behind their split was that Caspar cheated on JLO.
‘She kicked him out because he cheated on her and he got caught,’ the insider said. ‘It happened two years ago, and he promised he would never do it again and once he did, she was done.’
The 47-year-old glamazon ended her on again/off again ex back-up dancer in August.
Shortly after this, Caspar, 29, revealed a new upper thigh tattoo which reads: ‘You must embrace the darkness to see the light.’ While Caspar gave no explanation for his new ink, it rang immediate alarm bells for his followers.
Since then, JLO has gotten back in touch with her ex-husband Marc Anthony for a Spanish language collaboration album. The two split five years ago and have two children together, twins Max and Esme, who are both 8.
