The model took to Instagram to announce that she and her long-term love, Sydney Swans star Buddy Franklin had married in a secret ceremony.
Wearing a gorgeous Vera Wang dress, Jesinta and Buddy looked deeply in love in the snap they released.
The couple have had a busy year with Jesinta releasing her book Live A Beautiful Life and Buddy playing AFL for the Swans.
